OILS:
SUNFLOWER: contains vitamin E and fatty acids to reduce thinning hair, stop breakage and promote hair growth
CASTOR: contains fatty acids to fight scalp inflammation and strengthen hair follicles. Also softens hair and provides long term moisture. Antibacterial and anti-fungal to address dermatitis.
JOJOBA: (fun fact: actually a plant wax, not an oil) contains a mix of fatty acids closest to the sebum skin naturally produces, making it highly compatible with skin. Moisturizes hair, adds nutrients, and protects against breakage.
HERBS:
6 herbs including Fenugreek, Licorice root, Lavender and others are gently heat steeped in an oil blend for 48+ hours. I then strain the oil and add the remaining three herbs: Rosemary, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus in essential oil form. The blend creates a powerful, yet gentle product for everyday use.
